Ian Taylor provided patches on his mailing list following someone reliability/corruption problems with protocol i over a really bad inmarsat link. http://lists.cirr.com/taylor-uucp/200601/msg7.html That's the only place he put them and I don't beleive that is a proper format for PATCHFILES.
