Iran did it again, but the fix was quick. ;)
Also, fix -lpthread linkage and LOCALSTATEDIR, both introduced in this
version apparently. And SUBST_VARS+= is more correct than SUBST_VARS=.

Also, it might be a good idea to add --enable-gcc-hardening to
CONFIGURE_ARGS (adds -fPIE to CFLAGS), but I don't know how well it
works
