I plan on getting an OS 9.1 cd and upgrading to that, I've herd it may actually be faster because 8.5 and up are true PPC os's, don't know how true that is. Unless you've got 64MB of RAM, I wouldn't bother with 9.x. There are those who will inevitably disagree, but I find 8.6 to be the best
