I'm at a coffee house writing this on my 1400 on wifi. My machine is a 166 with 40 MB RAM and runs OS 9.1 just fine. Not as snappy as 8.6 with low RAM space but I like the features enough to put up with the trade off. Also some software needs OS 9 A 133 may be better off with 8.6 though. ---

USB and the 1400 ?

Hi Listers ! My 1400c has 40 MB of RAM. I need to max this out so I can use OS 9.1 ( I know, it's a HOG )and do some minor work with Photoshop or run iTunes. Is 64 MB the end of the line here ? Or just the limit at the time the machine was new? The CPU is the stock 166 MHz. Opinions as to
