Hi Alan Yes you are correct that the encryption fll needs the 71 runtimes. I have those in the exe directory on this machine. Are you saying you have a problem of runtimes and the FLL not working as well. I am sure the runtimes are SP2 and even the exe says so as I have version in the help. And
