I have SP3 on my XP machines. I don't know if it coincided but my menus are
really slow. The right click ones are anyway. Like I said I don't know if it
coincided with SP3

I've rolled out nearly 100 machines of various specs and the only problem I
came up against was a select few machines that had early NVidia integrated
chipsets (more than 3 years old). The machines reverted to 16 colour VGA but
downloading the upgraded drivers solved the problem.

bit faster than sp2.
