What about splitting the power pint type into two - Power (source) and a
Power (sink). There should be at least one power (source) on each power
net. A setting in the ERC matrix would allow multiple Power (sources) on a
net. This would allow finer control of power nets. And would easily fit
into the current ERC regime.
