In my experience the latest app manager is slightly broken again in terms of
accessibility, maybe just me but i can't access the sign in page.
As for navigating it, make sure quick nav is off, then it navigates like any
other app.

You don't say what version you are currently on, but best will be to go to
www.avid.com log in to your master account, go to my products and see what
versions you can download. It will also tell you whether you are currently on a
upgrade plan.
If not on a upgrade plan, it will cost you $299
