Efficiency is what Flo Tools is all about and it's an idea that's been
discussed once or twice. I think the challenge is that, to do such a thing with
one keystroke is problematic because people want to hear what they want to hear
and nothing else while others want something

I hope it's OK to post feature requests for Flotools, if for no other
reason than to generate some discussion. :)
I recently got a project with quite a few tracks, groupsand who knows what
else!
This made me think that it would be really cool if Flotools had a "project
summary" feature
