It's Interesting no one else is experiencing this but me. It's been
acting like that with me for almost a year now. Rory, from what you
described about the pop-up dialogue, I might have to delete Zoom from
my system and then reinstall it back later. Perhaps that'll stop the
playback engine from
That is definitely odd. My playback engine hasn't changed to zoom at all in the
past year and a half despite having it on my computer. Existing sessions stay
thee same and new usually go to last used. Glad you got it working though.

I figured it out guys. I opened a session that the sample rate is
48KHz, and when it opene couldn't hear any audio. Then I went into
set-up where I found the playback engine was set to Zoom. Ever since I
have Zoom on my computer, the playback often changes to Zoom But the
problem of the session
Hi guys:
I'm having difficulty opening my sessions and even creating new
session at 44.1KHz. Every time I try to open an alreaddy created
session, all I hear is "the playback engine does not support 44.1KHz.
And when I try to create a new session and change it from 48KHz to
44.1KHz, it says
Hi guys:
A wonderful Wednesday afternoon to you all. Thanks Chuck and Slau for
your time and support. Your 2cents are priceless. Solo safe was the
issue. I followed your directions and got out of that jam. Now, I can
proceed with my production. Thanks to you both and all. I'm forever
grateful for
It's possible that the track is in solo safe mode. I'd check that first. For
what it's worth, you can use Flo Tools to tell you if there are any tracks
either soloed or in solo safe. To turn off solo safe, Command-click the solo

this other option, SIP "solo in place" which stays checked no matter
what I do. My problem is that a particular track stays solo and
unsoloed whether it is selected or not. The tracks I'm actually
selecting and soloing are not
Latching means whatever you solo will remain soloed. The "X or" option cancels
previous solos so you only hear one thing unless you add Shift while pressing
solo to add to the solo.

In the process of searching for the problem, I got into the solo mode
submenu. There, I found that "solo in place" is checked alongside
"latch." Could solo in place be the problem? That is could solo in
place be the reason why the last soloed track is the only track that
soloed, even when it's not
Hi guys:
Hope you all having been having a marvelous day. I'm facing a problem
currently. I tried continuing a sesseion I was working on yesterday
some minutes ago, but every time I select a particular track to solo
and push Shift S, the last soloed track keep getting soloed, even when
