Just to clarify I was expecting this to open up extra access to UA stuff via
physical control of certain parameters, I'd very much doubt the soft tube
console screen would reveal much with voice over as its cross platform and just
soft tubes own proprietary thing. However judging from soft tube
I agree. That is my understanding as well.

Here is a little snip that I pulled up, it wasn’t exactly what I read
yesterday, but gives the general idea.
“What do I Need to use UAD Plug-Ins With Console 1?
Apart from the Console 1, you need a UAD Accelerator (Satellite or UAD-2 PCIe
card) or an Apollo interface, and you need to own the
The way the UAD software works wen last I used it, it installed all the UAD
plug ins, and used your authorization file to see which one are authorized to

Very interesting. it is my newbee understanding with the Console Mark II that
after installation and and initialization all loaded plugins are recognized
automatically and choosing which plugin is easily done.
If I am correct the Apollo has a free software download that allows greater

Interesting, I was told the Console One is made so audio engineers would not
have to look at the screen at all.
The unit also has control over all Apollo plugins. It would seem if changes
were made to the Apollo interface One could dig into PT with VO and find out
what is going on. That
I’m not quite tracking with you on this. Can you call my cell?

Hello,
That is the big question. So, in the Consile 1 interface, the UA plugins all
show up and bypass the UA screen. So, can voice over read the Consile 1 screen?
That is the big question.

Flo Tools is a non issue here. Flo Tools is a set of scripts to provide some
additional keyboard shortcut and spoken feedback for voice over users. Flo
Tools will not have any control over any audio interfaces. Also short of using

Just got off the phone with a distributer for SoundTube and Apollo. He said
the new Console One is now called Console Mark II and has complete control over
over an Apollo interface and plugins.
He didn’t know about VoiceOver. He did say It can control the DAW to some
extent. He thought
Hi folks,
I had an email exchange with softube's support about six months ago. At that
time they didn’t believe that there product would be accessible. I tried to
obtain a demo through them, which they declined. I suppose maybe we could get
some help in obtaining a demo from the Sweetwater

Hey Pete. You can get the latest version of Superior Drummer 2 witch is
2.4.4 from the Toontrack website. Superior Drummer 3 is currently
inaccessible. Slau and I have made them aware of the issues and it's down
to the fact that they wrote SD3 using the Juce platform. Unfortunately
there is no
Hi All,
I have SD 2 on DVD which I've been using under Windows.
When I try to install it on the Mac it refuses, saying I need OS 10.4
or higher. I'm actually running Sierra. Question: will the last
version of SD2 run under Sierra? If so, then I guess I can get this
via the Product
