the counter/play head, but how do I make sure nothing is selected? there always

I hear you are the man here. Can you give me any tips for moving regions on to
tracks? I know how to import stuff in to the regions list, and I know how to
interact with the regions table. I am just trying to figure out how to put the
stuff from the regions list on to my audio tracks.

in to a track. I am using the command shift I short cut. everything looks fine.
and I select the option where it says to add it to the current list of events,
