. I'm not crayzy about the windows audio drivers, they are a bit
glitchy when running a complex project but it's worth the money just
as a surface.

Hi Brian,
Like you mentioned, I don't have luck with Total Mix either. However, I
can at least switch preset with shortcuts.
Also, Fireface control panel is accessible with Jaws
be useful
to you.
Regards,
Brian.

Hi,
I finally decided to buy a mac to learn Protool. After going through
list archive, it seems like control surface makes a lot easier for us to
use Protool

I'm looking at a few choices, and I'm wondering if someone can help me
to choose a right equipment. Digi 003, M-Audio ProjectMix I/O,

Hi Frank,
Thanks so much for the information.
That's good to know that 003 and command 8 don't work on Windows, and
Euphonix Artist Mix and Command 8 don't have jog wheel.
It comes down to Mackie Universal Pro and M-Audio ProjectMix then.
I wonder how solid they are on ProTools. Does anyone
mix software with jaws, please
do tell!
Cheers,
Brian.
