Hi Bradford, HDMI does not support TRUE 1080p @ 120 Hz but does support the 1080p @ 24 Hz input so you are able to watch blue-ray stereo movies (the monitor or television converts the signal to stereo by showing you each picture at least 2 times, either 2 x 24 Hz x 2 eyes = 96 Hz or 5 x 24 Hz
