Hi Maria,
If the load command fails, then you don't have the correct "working directory".
You can query PyMOL's working directory with the "pwd" command and change it
with "cd". See:

Apologies for the lame question. Will someone please tell me the exact
syntax for the Load command? Does it work with .pse files? I want to
superimpose two .pse files (50S + 30S ribosome pieces). PyMol is very
frustrating for a newcomer with no prior programming experience.
