Hi Please don't ask why I would want to install such an old version of Python, but I have Python 2.3.1 installed anyway.  Now I am looking for the corresponding PyWin32 install files.  I believe they are available here https://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/ or here
