In questo momento a me funzionare funziona senza problemi, sia in QGIS
3.16.11 via WMS che dal WebGIS del geoportale.
Alcune settimane fa avevo notato lo stesso problema, contemporaneamente
sia tramite WMS che sul geoportale.

Ciao, anche io ho riscontrato questo problema su OSGeo4W v2 e QGIS 3.20
Credo sia un problema del WMS e non di QGIS.

to increase the success of first deployments. There are, indeed, some

Mathematically it is very simple, one only needs to multiply the X
coordinates by -1. I am not that familiar with the QGIS Python console
to suggest a method there, but I am almost convinced there must be one.
