Hi, I can't get the Autotrace digitizing tool (the magnet) to work - neither in QGIS 2.14.3 nor in QGIS master. Is there a known issue? It seems to snap to vertices where I click, but nothing is calculated in between. It's a pity - since it is really useful. --

Hello Spring, This has to do with the way qgis (GDAL) handles the feature deletion. Instead of totally removing them (which takes longer) it mark them as deleted. The (not very elegant) workaround here is to save the layer to a new shapefile using save as... Hope it helps A qua, 22/06/2016,
