I still have a related problem with SVN 6195, but slightly different.
When I start QGIS the default filetype in print composer is PDF. I set
up a map, specify a path to an EPS file - then I get the infamous
errors: cannot find boundingbox and cannot find translate. But, if
I let QGIS print to PDF once, from then on printing to *any* format
becomes possible in the current session - be it PDF, PS or EPS. What
the devil?
Because the QPrinter::outputFormat() is also buggy it was impossible
to get info whic format is used.
I have disabled default output to file and no it seems to work,
you have to check output to file always but the format correspond
to the extension.
That's better now, thanks.
Moreover I noticed map composer works way faster now, and the artifact
lines when rendering polygons are gone. Great!
