The main problem I know of with QMenu v8 is that QDT no longer works
properly - you cannot create a new program icon in a QDT window

FreeRotate is just experimental work in progress. It may be better to
leave the coordinates untouched and store a one byte rotation value for
each element, thus allowing accurate return to zero degrees if required.
