primary server has a relaxed chkuser. This cause the main server to
receive such mails. But while using fetch mail, the qmail-inject needs
to be invoked no?. So that this error occurs.

Thanks for the continuous help. I have relaxed chkuser in the
way that it will not check mails from certain servers. Apart from this
issue there is no problem at all. Tomorrow i shall have a try on this
fetchmail setting. I shall update if worked properly. Mean while, if

Thanks for the reply. I found that a script had been setup on this
machine to do an rsync with a delete-after parameter and included in
this was the /var/qmail directory. When this script ran it was trying to
delete this directory while it was in use. I have changed the script and
I have incremented the simscan minor version number to better align with
the current version schema.
Basically, it moved from version 1.4.0-1.3.1 to version 1.4.0-1.3.8 (I
know, finally!). This will allow scripts such as qtp-newmodel to
correctly understand that this is a new version. No other
