entry.) - I've tried to read up on this and discussions on forums are
refering to a PTR record that has to be set, however I can't find this
setting in tools

Otherwise, you can use recordio, which logs all details into the smtp log.
Search the list archives for how to set that up.

My mailserver have run now without trouble for several years, suddenly
last week it stopped sending emails to remote hosts. I get the:

the file then the timeout defaults to 60 seconds - which should

Just to inform you that with help from Christian we've tried
everything suggested (libz copy, rm, ln, libz tarball install,
ldconfig etc etc), however, rpm won't run - still get the 'can't load
shared object...' error, so if anyone else have some other suggestion
please let me know...
