[qmailtoaster] 'chkuser' behaviour

the message gets in the queue. It is spam for sure and deleted by spamassassin but i think it must be rejected at smtp level. So i propose again to include the validrpctto-patch it qmailtoaster as it rejects those kind of messages before they get into the queue. Thanks for your time -- Vesko Nedev
