Yeah I was thinking along those lines as well. I have checked the logs plenty of times, and there are no errors. I can tail -f pop/current and watch users POP all day long from different IPs. Even when I attempt from the blocked IP, it shows login success. I run a traceroute from the mail

My first guess is the attachment is too big. I had a similar issue after I first setup my mail server. I bumped up my databytes. What is your databytes set at? /var/qmail/control/databytes I bumped mine up to 100971520 -

your going to have to rpm -e every toaster package installeddo a rpm -a |grep toasterthen rpm -e each packageStart over. My recommendation is to manually do it, that way to can see each error as they come up. the scripts just run right through it.
