At all, i use qmt on mandriva starting from 2006 version, but i remove mysql
support, remove any web configurations like vqadmin and etc and add it if i
need, remove ezmlm mail archive support, change vpopmail home location.

I got the same error on Suse 10.1 so the error is not Mandriva- related.
To resolve I moved the folder /usr/share/doc/squirrelmail-toaster/ReleaseNotes
to /usr/share/doc/squirrelmail-toaster/ReleaseNotes_old and installed the
package again.
The package created a new
folder
I knew it wasn't an Mandriva issue but I was pretty much told to keep my mouth
shut until a 2009.1 package came out *shrug*
