Here's what I did so others can know
# sh cnt64-install-script.sh
skip all of the installs except clamav-toaster
RPM install will fail with conflict
quit after the failure
# cd /usr/src/rpm/RPMS/x86_64
# rpm --replacefiles -Uhv clamav-toaster-0.98-1.4.5.x86_64.rpm
the location of the RPM
I take it you're upgrading manually instead of using qtp-newmodel.
That's ok. These directories are (appropriately or not) shared by
several packages:
# rpm -qf /var/log/qmail
spamassassin-toaster-3.3.2-1.4.3
qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.22
clamav-toaster-0.98-1.4.5
# rpm -qf /var/qmail/supervise

Or you can download the appropriate binary rpm, and:
# service qmail stop
# rpm -Uvh clamav-toaster-0.98-1.4.5.*.rpm
# service qmail start
I've used the first method, but not the 2nd.
