Installed clamav-toaster-0.100.0-1.0.16 on my production server, enabled
clam in simscan and everything seems to be ok as of now. I am going to
keeo an eye on it to see if the errors start popping up again but so far
everything looks good.
Eric, when you get the new version

I'd disable clamav in simscan and turn off the daemon, I was getting the
error and the daemon wouldn't start.

Would it be possible for you Eric to make i386 version available as well?
And do I need to get newer pcre from somewhere? I have pcre-6.6-9.el5
installed...

Eric, I did some digging on my test 5 i386 box and worked through the
dependencies and managed to get clamav-toaster-0.100.0-1.0.16 installed
with no issue. I'll have to wait until traffic dies down some to try on
my production box but I already worked through the dependencies so I
shouldn't

It's not missing, IMHO it's too old library (pcre-6.6-9.el5).
Look at this discussion:

For me it is the first time when clamav daily.cvd stops
x86, but I don't know that it will install, as I couldn't get versions
higher than the installed 0.99.4 to install on my test machine that's
running CentOS 5.

This is missing the PCRE lib, I'll get that out today in a new version

It's an old one, due to the fact that I couldn't get newer versions to
compile properly. 0.99.4.
