Lori is the syrinx expert but me and Dan also have them. Ive had mine for
about 4 years.
Basically its complicated yet simple, you either leave it alone and monitor
the pain, or you find an expert to collapse the syrinx or put a shunt valve in.

I have medicare which has been covering the cost of my circ. air mattress. I've
been getting a reoccuring pressure sore (minor) on my tailbone area and some
pinkness on my right hip when sleeping on my right side. My left side is ok.
I'm off the tailbone best when on my right side and that hip
David, your Air-Pro looks similar to what I have. Do you spring leaks much in
your mattress? Fortunately my supplier is out the next day with a new mattress
when I discover a leak and give them a call. Your mattress pad looks nice and
soft.
