how to train a global command using "Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12"? As absurd as this sounds, I have and cannot find this info. I'm sorry to bother you again but I have no options. I need to stop it from unloading Dragon about once a day when I say "go to sleep". Debra Scruggs-Scruggs

Hello Debra, You could try training "Go to sleep" a few times. This may not work but is relatively easy to do, and can't hurt. If it does seem to help or if you solve the problem, I would suggest sometime when it's working well repeat the command for "Go to Sleep" and "Wake-up " multiple times.

please tell me if you have any idea what I am doing to cause this. Whatever it is I certainly need to correct it quickly, because it can take an hour or two or more for me to have a nurse come check on me and give me assistance. When I give the command to Dragon NaturallySpeaking to "go to
