I talked to a guy who parked on the yellow hash markerd lane between two h/c spots. He said he didn't need the extra room - just a close spot for his wife who had trouble walking. He had absolutely no empathy for anyone who actually DID need the room for a lift. A real, me-1st kind of a guy

When I went for my dr. appt. at the hosptital there wasn't any parking. I found one on the end so my lift could go down. Some jackass parked next to me so I had to get a stranger drive it out for me. The thing is the guy made his own spot on the end bc there wasn't anyparking lines.Thank
