A few years ago I decided to try marijuana for pain. Went to a doctor
to have it prescribed, applied to the state of New Mexico for a
medical marijuana card, tried a dozen different strains. Some high in
THC, others with very little. All of them helped with insomnia, but
none of them did anything

I think something is triggering your spasms at night but trying to figure
out *what *is the problem/question.
I was having a heck of a time getting transferred into my chair with my
electric lift and my one caregiver and what it was was that I used to NOT
have my legs and feet and ankles lifted
