I have a Urostomy, as you describe. It is also known as an Ilial Loop.
Its a long story why I had one. Originally, I had a Suprapubic Tube (which was
no picnic and resulted in a number of trips to the ER). They didn't discover
my bladder stones until after countless back-to-back
Thanks for making a tough life a little better by creating your email lists. I
have found quad-list to be a great resource of information and comfort, as I
know others have, and I'm sure those on your other lists have had similar
experiences too.

Sometimes there's not a lot to be real happy about. If you're just depressed
discuss it with your Dr. There are some decent happy pills, justdont committ
suicide while taking them.

As others have said keep your mind busy. That was brought home to me this
weekend, my ex-husband (yes, we are still good friends) came over to visit
for a while on their trip from Oregon. He was looking over my garden, and
asking about tomato plants. Well, my nickname in this Spring
