Hello broken leg,
I was in approximately the same predicament that you are in. I broke my
leg several years ago in three places, just below the knee, just above the
ankle, and the third was the small bone. The first thing the doctor asked
me was do you want me just to amputate. YEAH

Think back to right after your accident; you and your family were in the
hospital, clueless, trying to figure out what was going to happen and how life
was going to be from now on. It was a crazy, scary, emotional time for
everyone: you, your family and your friends.
Imagine if someone were
My friend has three pairs of Rolli jeans he no longer can fit in and is willing
to give them to someone who can use them. You will have to pay the shipping
cost.
They're about 33W x 38L.
Rolli jeans are specifically designed for chair users and a great quality but
expensive.
I've been using this one for a few years

Need a bit of knowledge. My friend up the street needs new batteries for his
chair. He called a battery store and they quoted him $425 for 2 wheelchair
batteries. Auto Zone quoted $160 for 2 deep cycle marine batteries. What is the
difference here and what should I tell him? I have always used
Hi Don.
I know the Nat Spinal Cord Injury Assoc has produced a Survival Guide for
spinal cord injuries. I also believe the 5-6 Major Rehab Units Shepherd,
Kessler, RIC, Craig and a few others have a Survival Manual written by
their OT Depts. I've learned over the decades that no two
Are the batteries AGM rated or just Gel Batteries. Are the batteries

I absolutely love Chris's video and how innovative and independent he is. He
reminds me of myself when I went away to college at 5 years post.
I used to get myself in bed, undressed, turn myself, wake up get myself

There are three types of batteries you can use
1) Sealed gel which is most expensive
2) Sealed lead acid which work good but you cant fly with them, battery stores
sell these like batteries plus pretty reasonable
3) Deep cycle marine battery will work on the cheap at walmart, but if you turn

Wow, Chris is amazing. I could never do as much as he does ...but I *can* do a

I have a power-lift from HandiMove that has a wireless (IR) remote that lets me
move one way, or the other, on the ceiling track, as well as up and down. Even
