Yes, meditation can be taught from a distance. It's optimum in person.
It could be done over the phone 📱 2nd best way. On line they offer
instructional tapes or CDs
There's also some great books 📚 to study it.

I don't have/live the family around where I live but my philosophy towards
life/death has been that I'm going to live and fight until I decide it's over,
then it's over. I'm still fighting… I don't know what comes after this and I'm

I also use probiotics and benefiber. What works for me when I get that yucky
