If you don't qualify for extra help (a.k.a. Medicaid)... you're going to
end up paying out of pocket. I had the best luck when I was living with my
sister and brother-in-law by word-of-mouth but now, out here, I have a
live-in caregiver (no one else) so she needs help but before my husband

If you have not already done so, I highly recommend contacting your local
Aging and Disability Unit for Montgomery County MD at:

Nearly every if not every state has Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and Aging
, and
cleaning up afterwards. Regarding maid service, I think that could be very
helpful, especially around the holidays.
