ere are some events documented on some classes, but
1) they are not indexed AFAIK, because I don't know sphinx good enough, and
2) because they are just strings, anyone can fire any event they wish.

ble, released version and compatibility is
more important (so we have translation there), but 4.0 is technically
unsupported release candidate and the slight incompatibility is justified by
simplified logic.

Yes, that's expected. qubes.Qubes() is meant to be used from qubesd and if
you'd like to get knowledge about domains, you should use qubesadmin (even as
root). See the qvm-* tools as an example.

TL;DR I'd like to have same version as distro. I think it would be better to
wait for fc29 in dom0: https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/4225.

pt a patch against libvirt/xen.xml to add something
like this:
{% block sysinfo %}{% endblock %}
After that patch being merged, you could write in your config:
{% extends 'libvirt/xen.ml' %}

Yes, another qrexec call is OK, provided this won't be too slow, i.e., to
display a list of 15 templates available you won't refresh the repo cache
15 times...
