I've implemented some changes, most notably initial support for restores. I
haven't updated the README yet.
The CLI is still subject of change, I believe it should be refactored.
I am tracking many ideas in Github issues. There are two notable groups:

convenient way to have clean, manageable VM's where I only install the stuff I
need for a specific task.
This has led me to have a large number non-template VM's, all of which needs to
be manually updated every time
I'm trying to reinstall the whonix-ws template following the user docs, but I
keep getting an error.
In Dom0 I used:
sudo qubes-dom0-update --enablerepo=qubes-templates-community
--action=reinstall qubes-template-whonix-ws
I get the following error:

When booting as a live image it shows properly, just not after installing.

I have Qubes installed alongside a Kali Linux installation. I have my system
configured to use UEFI and Qubes boots fine. I installed Qubes first and
haven't had any major problems. I installed Kali after from a live usb and
haven't been able to boot into it after installation.

I successfully installed fedora-24 template and removed fedora-23 template.
Sys-net was assigned to fedora-23.
I reassigned it to fedora-24-minimal.
No luck.
Any advice?
