Hey all, did a search for this but didn't find anything so I apologize if this
has already been answered before.
Tonight I got 4.0rc3 and I've hit a huge roadblock: every time I launch a VM it
asks for a login, but no combination of users and passwords that makes sense to
me works. I've tried

had to disable UEFI boot, leaving only legacy.
(Still haven't gotten past the first graphical install screen, but at least

Did you include the --enablerepo parameter as shown below?

So I was reading one of the guides and I came across this:
"there is absolutely no point in not allowing e.g. Thunderbird to remember the
password – if it got compromised it would just steal it the next time I
manually enter it"
So this was written 6 years ago but it's the latest one I think.

Hi,
I've set up a new qubes install and created two LVM volume groups. I wanted to
try and see how this works with qubes and I tried out the pools concept.
The problem is that I think I did everything according to the docs, but the
qvm-create command gives me an error message.
Can someone

Hi,
Teamviewer 13 has finally a native Linux client, but that one does not
start in Qubes OS. I thought it might be related to Fedora 25, but it
does start in the Fedora 25 Live CD in VirtualBox on another machine. I
have also ugpraded the Templates to Fedora 26, but still have the same

Thanks for the quick response! However since I am relatively new, I would like
to ask where those files are located. Thanks for your patience with me!

Hello!
I am a new qubes user who has qubes 3.2 installed on a USB stick. When
trying to start vms such as "personal" or "untrusted" from the vm manager I get
the error message that no such file or directory exists. Also, when trying to
start Firefox in the disposable vm, nothing happens

Instead of rd.qubes.hide.all.usb add xen-pciback.hide=(X)(X) to your grub
