Do you have VT-x enabled? I managed to get mine installed when I changed the
LCD/Display settings in the BIOS.

without having VT-x?
On my Thinkpad W530 I just have VT-d but no VT-x.
There will be Qubes 3.2.1 for just VT-d machines, isn't it?
