Like you suggested in my other post, I removed my PCI-e adapter for the m.2
ssd, and what is weird is that those COMRESET errors just doubled. Instead of
it being just ATA10, it is also giving duplicate errors for ATA9 as well. But
it does not seem to affect functionality just yet.

I have Qubes up and running and I am quite excited about the possibilities.
Linux is not my native system but I am doing a lot of reading on the Qubes docs
website and also through google, so I am slowly making progress.

I'm having some luck now since I randomly decided to change back my SATA
controller to AHCI and use a new hard drive. Qubes started installing. I won't
be able to update my question again for many hours, because I'm transferring
data from my fast hard drive so I can use it for the Qubes
I've been having problems with the Qube Manager since I got Qubes installed,
and this most recent error makes me truly believe that there is something wrong.
So I had Debian-9 templateVM running and I right clicked on it in Qube Manager
