Thank you for such a detailed reply Yuraeitha !
This was the occasion to see the laptop I specifically got to run Qubes
very recently isn't listed as compatible with Qubes 4... ! It's not listed
as incompatible either, just no information. But I can just try it myself
when the times come.

I just ran into this article, it seems like Intel's response to yesterdays
press release of IBM's quantum computer. Competition is certainly alive. Well,
oligopoly dominance, but at least it's not a monopoly dominance.

is there any movement on this? Is there any way I can jump into this and help?
Any docs I should read to get me started along the way of fixing Ubuntu
templates for R4.0?

I am trying to install 3.2 but it freezes at an early part.
I had installed 3.1 ages ago, but it failed to create any VM. Now I want to try

I tried 3 times. It gets as far as Probing Storage... and then hangs

Hello Qubes users
Does anyone have an AMD based laptop that doesn't have PSP (i.e. anything
pre-2013), and if so, does it work with Qubes 4? Mainly asking for hardware
recommendation and so that I can choose a stock model that does come with a
working AMD-V with RVI and AMD-Vi (aka AMD IOMMU).

I'd suspect you can probably bypass
I believe I found the line to change the video drivers. When I change the
“model type” from xen to cirrus, and save the file, it works. But when I try to
start the VM with the newly modified file, it doesn’t work. I get the same
“libxenlight internal error”.
