You pointed me in the right direction. I was using Debian 10 as my default

After changing it to Fedora 30, install.sh works fine without any problems.

I have a HVM VM that I'm trying to set up as a new sys-net.
However, when I boot it, Xen / Qubes doesn't seem to recognize that the domain
has finished starting.
The Qubes menu at the top right shows the red circling progress logo, even
though the domain has booted already.

I am installing qubes to an X1 gen2 extreme. Gone well so far, but then
I stumbled into a problem with wifi. Unfortunately the intel ax200 is not
supported in linux kernel till after kernel 5-1+. (
