Then there's tmux running on one of the TTYs... You'll recognize it by

I was upgrading some R3.2 templates from Fedora 24 to 25, and in one
TemplateVM I keep getting an error after the distro-sync step of the
upgrade. After accepting a bunch of keys the install fails with:

Hello,
Is it possible to install https://ftp.qubes-os.org/repo/yum/r4.0/templates-itl/rpm/qubes-template-fedora-25-3.1.0-201707291003.noarch.rpm in Qubes OS 3.2? How to check a digital signature of this rpm? I want to use this template as template of untrusted VM without PCI devices. CPU support

I've finally got Qubes 4.0-rc1 booted! I've got a couple questions.
Without the VM Manager, is there a GUI way to delete VMs? I know you can
run "qvm-remove" from a dom0 terminal.
Is there a GUI way to start VMs without actually opening an application
in them? (I often configure stuff to autostar

Hi unman,
thx for the response!
I will do each step slowly and poste each problem separate ;-)
Let`s begin with the first step:
1. Download the "qubes-release-3-signing-key.asc" (PGP Key) from
https://www.qubes-os.org/downloads/ and save in the directory Downloads where
qubes .iso is
2. Com

After attempting to restore vm backup, following error message is displayed:
Backup header retrieval failed (exit code 2)
Since this message appears regardless of the passphrase entered I assume it
means that the passphrase is incorrect. Am I right? If not, what else does this
message indicate?
Hi Unman,
you are right!
I tried the signing key against the .iso
I copied now the signature into 'gedit' and saved it as
"Qubes-R3.2-x86_64.iso.asc"
After I verifyed the signature 'Qubes-R3.2-x86_64.iso.asc' against
'Qubes-R3.2-x86_64.iso'
and it worked :-))
Thx a lot for your patient!

Hi all,
I recently noticed some strange behaviour on my qubes install, related
to “pop-up menus.” To reproduce the issue I encountered, it's enough to
right-click on a window opened in an AppVM, notice the pop-up menu
opening, then change workspace, and notice the pop-up menu is still there.

Hi qubes-users,
I recently downloaded the qubes iso and burned it to dvd. (Cause I don't have a
spare usb.)
When I boot from it, the menu options to media check or install just come back
with the menu again.
Pressing e results in the following for the second 'Install' option:
