[Radiant] strange behavior with git and extensions(and Capistrano)

I have googled and read all I can find, but with my limited knowledge, I cant seem to figure out what is going on, any help would be awesome, as I cant find anyone having the same problem. my setup is a local version of radiant with two custom extensions, and few installed ones (mailer, mediamaid,

Im trying to start a new project, fresh .9 version of radiant, and trying to get mediamaid working and many errors including uninitialized constant Admin::MediamaidController::Mediamaid when loading any mediamaid page for the first time on server restart and then I get a complie error ... #{m.c
