Hi list! I'm a newbie on radiator, and we've did some testing in system authentication meaning using the passwd and shadow file to authenticate for connection. I'm on the process of testing mysql database and I'm seeking the help of anybody out there who uses mysql for authentication.

Hugh, I'm not sure your suggestion to define multiple CheckAttr and ReplyAttr fields in the LDAP config works in Radiator 2.14.1. It doesn't work in 2.11 for sure. Maybe you mean that multiple atribute values in the LDAP directory are concatenated with commas? from AuthLDAP.pm, line 274:

Im using the default emerald.cfg file and i changed the odbc connection to point to the right thing. when i run perl radpwtst -user scttest -password scttest i get rejected and then ok and ok That username and password is correct.. and in the radiusd window open i get all kinds of strange odbc

The errors aren't that strange -- you're inserting rows with duplicate primary keys (or other constraints which you've defined as unique). The constraint is pk_Calls (primary key calls I'm guessing). You should redefine your table's fields to not use a primary key, select a different primary
