we have just re-tested PasswordLogFileName in both Realm and Handler, and it
works as expected.
You should check your configuration, and also check that the radiusd process
has sufficient permission to create or write to the password log file.

I have several Handler attribute=value ... /Handler
blocks in my config file. I am not using any Realm name ... /Realm
blocks.
I would want to log failed authentication requests to a log file.
PasswordLogFileName is probably what I am looking
