However it does not work. I attached our original (working) cfg file
(radius.cfg) and the one I am trying for handler that is not working
(handler.cfg). We have two special domains and one securid, and one DEFAULT

The last radacct.cgi version sends as error output ( fd 2 ) the detail
file that is procesing. Is this a bug? My apache error logs have 4 GB
size!!!

Looks like maybe you are having some trouble with Handlers V Realms?
Radiator has a particular way of choosing which Handler or Realm to use to
handle a request. From the manual:
-Look for a Realm with an exact match on the realm name
-If still no exact match, look for a a matching re
