I am happy to report all is now working ok. I did a factory reset with
my SQB Server off line. During setup I was taken to MYSQB.com to enter
my e mail and password. This had not happened during the original
install yesterday.

When I hit conect to server, and it can't connect, the selection choose
another library just makes it try to connect to the same server again.

I think there is a general SBS problem about using BBC iPlayer favorites
as alarm. If you want to play a BBC stations as an alarm - I think you
should use the WMA stream from BBC App.

Hi Toby, thanks for getting back to me.I tried both of those suggestions
but still cannot connect. When I go into the MySB.com website, and look
on Players it shows the radio as disconnected. Any more ideas?

I've a SB Duet and Radio. They are both wireless connected.
My Radio is next to my router and has a much better connection then my
Duet
But my Radio is a lot of time not connected (red light for the
connection) where as my Duet is always working.

I just had this problem switching from WiFi to wired to respond to
another post.
Radio gives me the same "we don't see a DHCP " when trying to
switch to wired via Network > Choose Network > Wired
But a simple power cycle of the Radio solved it for me, connected via
wired automatically upon po
I'd try power cycling your Radio: press & hold Power button till you see
"Goodbye" on the screen, turn it back on, try again.
If that doesn't work try power cycling your router (unplug it, plug it
back in).
If still no go there are some other things to look into. ;)
