even mine is doing the same since at least 5 months.
I made all the firmware updates that came in last months.
I have tried to Factory Reset it. No result. I think we're alone with

On my Boom the menu is listed thus:
Now Playing
My Music
Internet Radio
But on my Radio the Internet Radio is missing from the menu, which
means I can't actually get to the radio stations on my Radio
I've gone into the settings to see if the option is turned off but it's
not listed anywhere
Your radio needs to be able to connect to mysqueezebox.com. If it
doesn't then no internet radio menu items.
Are you using a local SBS ? If so have you entered your
mysqueezebox.com details.

Unless this menu item was specifically removed from the Home Menu by
the OP this should not be necessary.
If the Radio sees the internet
Yes, I'm using a local SBS, and the radio stations I have set as
favourites work fine, and it all works fine on my Boom. mysqueezebox is
registered correctly on the radio according to the diagnostics menu
As I said, Internet radio isn't listed under settings

Yes, that is setup correctly (and my Boom would have the same issue
otherwise wouldn't it?)
SqueezePlay on my Joggler also has the Internet Radio option, so it's
only on my Radio that it is missing

In most cases, yes. But these are completely different player
architectures internally.
What computer type and OS and SBS version are you running?
Are you certain both

No it wouldn't as Boom menu handling is different to menu handling in
Radio.
It is fair to compare Squeezeplay and Radio behaviour as they have
similar menu handling but there are
Hi there

home, living in the hotel until Friday. I have a laptop here with SBS
installed and a lot of music.
Thus, wanted to test if the Radio works. Would be also nice to be able
to listen to the music for the whole week. Any
After tracking delivery of my new White Radio and accessory pack from
Logitech all day yesterday, it finally arrived and it is so cute! I
took it out of the box, plugged in the battery and it started right up.
It took seconds to get on my network and download a firmware update.
After a reboot

We must have bought our Radios at the same time. I too just got mine on
Tuesday. I love it. I haven't gotten the battery, but I've been
thinking about it. Is it really worth $50 to get the battery? I have
no use for the remote I don't think.
I've been quiet so far, but I've been busy
