I have the same issue My radio is set up with an alarm (local radio
through internet) to wake me up in the morning but ever once in a while
I'm woken up to the default sounds of the radio. I've tried to get it to
connect to the LMS but it will not, MY router lists it as connected and
I can
Resurrecting an old thread here, but I've got a somewhat similar
situation. I've re-purposed an old Squeezebox 2 to our sunporch and
have a pair of small advent indoor/outdoor speakers driven by a T-Amp.
It drives two pairs - one pair in the sunporch, and another pair out on

I'm not an expert on usage of SoX but I think the contents of the
custom-convert.conf file would look something like this and the file
goes in the same folder on your server as your convert.conf file.
Code:
mp3 flc * *
[sox] -t mp3 $FILE$ -t flac - bass +6 250

My 0.02$ simple Eq makes sense in self contained systems like boom or
radio .
but not in other source components ? No one argues that a CD player
should have EQ , th rigth place is in the speakers or amp .
Corner case one source systems like secondary squeezbox systems with not
so good speakers
Mine issue is very weird
My touch can connect but its wired and my radio and squeezeplug can not
both of which are WiFi (Yet both of them can connect to the internet).
